Lead Pastor Dillon Ham
Dillon Ham was elected lead pastor of Imboden First Assembly in May of 2023. Pastor Dillon and his wife Callie have been married since 2007 and have two children, Evan and Lydia. Pastor Dillon has served in the ministry since September of 2005, working as a youth pastor for over 10 years before stepping into a lead pastor role in December of 2015. Pastor Dillon has a heart for outreach in the local community and missions around the world. He believes that it's worth it to reach one person! Pastor Dillon has a Bachelor of Arts in Intercultural Studies from the Assemblies of God's Global University. He also has a Master of Arts in Teaching from the University of Arkansas at Monticello.

Youth Pastor Jessica Martin
After serving as the interim youth leader, Jessica was promoted to youth pastor in July of 2023. Jessica and her husband Derek have 3 kids: Levi, Brylee, and Cason. They are passionate about reaching students with the gospel and seeing those students being used by God.
